This client is based in the centre ofManchesterand is currently looking for an experienced developer to join their talented development team to support the growth they are currently experiencing.
If you are interested in working for a company which will help you expand you knowledge of web development and give you experience of helping junior developers with projects then this is the job for you.
Essential Skills
- HTML5, CSS3 (inc. SASS or LESS) , JavaScript (inc. JQuery, JSON,AJAX) & front-end frameworks such as Foundation
- PHP (inc. the CodeIgniter framework)
- MySQL and database admin
- Developing in CMS's, including Expression Engine and Wordpress (Adobe CQ5 is a bonus!)
- Version Control & site deployment using Git
- Administration of Apache web servers using Plesk & Webmin
- Domain name administration
- Website performance, optimisation and security
- Experience of developing responsive websites
- An understanding of Information Architecture and UX
Type: Contract (3 Months Minimum)
Rate: £200 to £250 per day DOE
Location:Central Manchester
