Provide overall safety support to Advanced Metering Infrastructure deployment project.Job Responsibilities
- Perform safety audits
- Support responses to gas odor emergencies
- Perform Advanced Metering Infrastructure module installations
- Perform Advanced Metering Infrastructure meter changes
Experience/Knowledge Required
- Gas Hazardous conditions and unusual conditions - ability to Remedy, repair and follow up
- Understanding of Legacy system configuration - ability to troubleshoot and repair, and adapt new meter installations for both gas and secondary electric meter boards.
- Customer equipment issues - skills to repair or replace meter boards, replacement, and knowledge of tariff to ensure customer equipment repairs meet and operate to tariff standard.
- Understanding of gas service from the company to customer side diagnosis.
- Conflict management and customer care expertise
- Must have knowledge of gas meters, leaks, etc.
- Expert troubleshooting skills
- Previous AMR gas module deployment field experience
- Understanding of billing/Credit process knowledge and field experience
