We are searching for a cRM Campaign Management Tool (CMT)  lead, for our client, a world renowned multination based in the Vaud Region of Switzerland. 

Drawing on strong technical and functional understanding and experience of  FMCG Consumer Services, this role is responsible in leading the CRM Campaign Management tool (CMT) stream. 

The main purpose is to lead the technical strategy, vendor selection and management, solution configuration, deployment and sustain activities, while ensuring functional and market satisfaction, on-time and on-budget delivery. 

This includes all services and resources related to CMT from "ramp-up" to retirement, as well as communication and reporting to all related stakeholders. The role is a Program Management-type role. It also shared responsibility with other CRM Stream Leads, the CRM Manager and CRM Program Manager to ensure the end-to-end CRM solution and processes are highly effective and well executed. 

The role must also maintain a constant view of outside developments and advanced CMT solutions and functional needs to ensure the company approach is able to create competitive gaps in the marketplace. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Set up and animate a Governance Group, with CMT functional lead and participation of Markets, for the solution requirements, performance and on-going improvements.
  • Lead the CMT solution selection, configuration, deployment, sustain and retirement. Develops a roadmap for the solution development, deployment and business benefit jointly with the function. Owns the solution delivery end-to-end ensuring effective support and knowledge transfer to local market implementation teams.
  • Identify potential improvements for the CMT solution or integration across the cRM portfolio. Be the prime point of contact for Adobe and integrator in regards to ensure Best in Class solution and on-going improvements including regularly benchmarking/assessing against industry best practices.
  • Strong engagement and support of CMT team members, stakeholders and broader cRM community to ensure high understanding and satisfaction with the CMT solution and its business benefits.

Knowledge:

  • Minimum 5 years business knowledge and experience with specialization in CMT technologies, solutions, best practices and processes; ability to put technologies into context/link business needs to applications and technologies.

  • Experience of people management and development. 
  • Ability to manage stakeholders including senior management. 
  • Ability to drive strategy, priorities and  execution autonomously. 
  • Project Management experience and skills. Proven track record in delivering complex projects. 
  • Able to communicate, manage expectations, identify tradeoffs with 
  • Program management experience - consistent success in a number of challenging and diverse business situations.
  • Vendor/supplier and people management experience.
