IT Operations Manager
Edelway is a Services Consultancy based in Switzerland. One of our best clients, a global pharmaceutical company, based in Basel, is currently looking for an Operations Manager to join them on a long term basis.
Language: English, German is a plus.

THE ROLE
*Plan, direct and co-ordinate the operations of a business, division, department or operating unit.
*Plan and maintain systems and procedures for operating efficiency.
*Manage staff for optimum performance.
*Ability to assess where technology solutions fit within a business process.
*Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
YOU'LL NEED
*Project management experience and good writing skills for documentation requirements.
*Attentive to details and assumes accountability for consequences of actions taken.
*Strong analytical and system design background.
*A knowledge of PxQ charging methodology would be desirable.
