EPM Solutions Architect - EU Nationals only - 6 months Contract with option to go Permanent
Location: Utrecht, Holland
Contract Length: 6 months extendable contract
This is a hands on technical role that will provide Hyperion practice development expertise, indirect supervisory responsibilities, project leadership and guidance, and architecture expertise for Hyperion EPM practice. You will act as primary architect and responsibility for approving or leading the solution design and implementation of brand new end to end Hyperion implementation project. Effectively consult with management of customer organizations with the strong ability to create and maintain effective and reference-able client relationships.
- Strong ability to mentor project team members in an effort to provide professional growth, improve project success and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Thorough knowledge and experience of Hyperion implementation including installation, design, documentation, and configuration of application, reports and calculations.
- Strong experience and proven ability to accurately estimate Hyperion projects evaluating scope, delivery, timeline, and consultant skills.
- Demonstrated broad and deep expertise in at least one of the following Hyperion products: Planning, Essbase, or Financial Management. Multi-product expertise and Oracle Hyperion Consultant certifications strongly preferred.
- Proven technical and business skills, including financials, accounting, budgeting and forecasting.
- Ability to manage time, budget, team members and deadlines.
- Proven ability to develop and lead detailed solutions for complex projects that support client business processes.
- Ability to anticipate project risks and make corrective recommendations to both Jibe and client teams.
- Solid understanding of multiple business process expertise within one product family and impacts to other Hyperion products.
- Ability to identify, assess and mitigate relevant risks during bid development and project execution.
- Demonstrated, excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to communicate to all audience levels from field consultants to client executive management.
- Successful management of relationships with clients and colleagues; coaches and develops others on project team.
