Description
My client in Amsterdam is looking for a skilled Infrastructure Specialist with an excellent knowledge of at least three of the following technologies:
IBM WebSphere Application Server
Oracle Weblogic Server
Microsoft Internet Information Server
IBM Tivoli Access Manager
IBM Tivoli Identity Manager
F5 BigIP
IBM DataPower
IBM WebSphere MQ and MQ FTE
You should have the ability to maintain a stable IT environment that can function at a high level and with consistency. The consistency, stability and reliability of the hardware, operating systems, business applications, database systems and networks are of paramount importance.
You will be part of a motivated and dedicated team in a dynamic environment, utilising a state-of-the-art enterprise Web infrastructure where your tasks will be divided between development/implementation projects (80%) and management (20%).
The role will involve:
Organization, adaptation and management of systems.
Preparation of technical designs based on requirements/functional design.
Development and implementation of acceptance testing.
Developing platforms.
Analyzing and troubleshooting and making suggestions for improvement based on the analysis.
Preparation of documentation of infrastructure in relation to business applications.
Coordinating Change Management on the infrastructure.
Coaching, guidance and functional direction of colleagues.
Keeping up with new technological developments in the market and translate them into strategic IT solutions
Contributing to the preparation of Infrastructure Architecture Document.
Contributing to the release management of the IT infrastructure.
