My client, an Investment Bank based in Brussels requires a Project Officer for Pilotage of Bricks Projects.

Function Description:

- manage independently the Pilotage of Bricks Projects within E2E Channels

- acts professionally and pro-active guidend in our relation to providers Facility & IT (Mobility&Telefonie,ATMs), with our customers in the RPB-Zones and with all intervenients

- analyses the process and possible process improvements regarding issue management, IMSYS-tool and other changes by providers Facility & IT

- has focus on changes; professional curiosity regarding the LT-strategy and the operational context. Has close contact with all stakeholders by organisation of Pilotagemeetings

- organises meetings, agenda, PV van de meetings and follow up of issues, respecting the view of all parties concerned. Personal engagement and team-spirit to obtain the targets regarding on time delivery (quantity and quality), respecting budgets, capacity and risks

- organises ProjectProgress-Meetings, Pilotage-Committees, Change-Committees, Validation-Comittees and Investment-Committees, for the realisation of the Macroplanning by translation into Micro-Plannings (Planningstypes, Taken, Issues)

- very communicative (written and spoken); point of contact with vision; objective in decision taking; correct in personal contacts, even for difficult messages

- qualitative follow up for project deadlines and correct content

- follow up and data controle of IMSYS-tool

- issue management: analysis and management of "all" issues from meetings and meeting notes

- polyvalent and driven team-player to act as back-up for the other team members, especially regarding business analyses and advices and regarding the accessibility aspects, business cases, simulations and some recurrent reportings

Education & Soft skills

- Master or equivalent

- Professional attitude to organize, lead and follow up meetings and to work with tools

- Knowledge of/Experience with the commercial Bank-, Facility- and IT-IT- environment is a plus

- Experience with projectportfolio-organisation and monitoring

- Focus on best practices for optimizing changes & processes

- Excellent communication (written and spoken) in NL, FR and ENG

- Invest in professional relations and team spirit

- Professional curiosity and cooperation with colleagues and providers FAC and IT

- Focus on "Customer Satisfaction" for end user and Internal providers, respecting costs, win/win and risks

Technical experience/knowledge:

3-5 years of relevant experience

Advanced knowledge of excel and other MS Office applications

Mandatory:

Excellent communication (written and spoken) in NL, FR and ENG

Quality minded (regarding content and timing of agenda, co-lead of pilotage-meetings, notes and follow up by all intervenients)

Language: French, Dutch & English - Fluent speaking, writing and understanding in all three languages.
