Looking for a candidate to be responsible for ensuring that the firm has competitive and cost effective compensation policies and practices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, analysis and / or administration of the firm's cash and non cash compensation programs. In addition to managing the day-to-day compensation tasks, you will also be involved in proactively delivering reward solutions and policies in line with the firm's HR and business strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consultant to the CIB business lines and all supporting function groups with local and regional scope.
  • Provide support to HR Business Partners to ensure the consistent and equitable application of BNPP's compensation policy and procedures.
  • Provide strong consultative guidance, analysis, reporting, market practices and clarification of policies to managers.
  • Familiarity with administration of vendor benchmarking studies such as McLagan and Towers Watson surveys.
  • Strong knowledge of Deferred compensation plan administration to complete buy-outs and various annual vesting cycles.
  • Analyze data from market surveys to develop pay recommendations and executive summaries to inform Business leaders
  • Understand the scope of the regulatory environment impacting the financial industry in Europe and theUS. Able to understand and communicate the basic principles of CRDIII, CRDIV and Dodd Frank.
  • Working knowledge of basic taxation principles to assist the administration of BNPP internal equity programs: Options exercise, LTIP and Discount Share purchase programs.
  • Ability to manage multiple high priority tasks and adjust shifting priorities while adhering to deadlines
  • Complete ad-hoc compensation requests from various HR constituents and managers
  • Manage various projects and coordinating with other HR stake holders such as HRIS, Recruiting and Employee Relation to improve the performance of the team.
  • Ability to quickly grasp the mechanics of BNPP proprietary compensation tools and record keeping systems. Also adjust to internal operations standards and recommend improvements.
  • Strong excel skills required.
