Description
The purpose of the role will be to support the Recruitment Operations Manager with the delivery of key projects and to help coordinate the programme of recruitment activity.Role:

* Able to take on project activity and can deliver multiple pieces of work at the same time

* Uses project management tools and techniques to manage implementation
* Defining and scoping work accurately to allow delivery to milestones and to prevent 'scope creep'
* Awareness of dependencies with other people activity and management of overlaps/conflicts
* Pro-actively builds professional capability and personal credibility over time by identifying potential work content
