The purpose of the role will be to support the Recruitment Operations Manager with the delivery of key projects and to help coordinate the programme of recruitment activity.

Role:

* Defining and scoping work accurately to allow delivery to milestones and to prevent 'scope creep'

* Pro-actively builds professional capability and personal credibility over time by identifying potential work content
