My Client an Investment Bank based in Brussels requires a Senior Business Analyst.
Function Description:
Delivery of high quality detailed business needs against challenging deadlines while synchronizing and collaborating with other business analysts (team work and communicative skills)
Follow-up of interpendencies with other projects and synchronization
Risk management
Test management (preparation, redaction, execution and follow-up)
Contribution to study phase and scope refinement
Contribution to other Run the bank' activities if required
Education & Soft skills:
Bachelor or master with representative experience
Personal skills:
Pro-active, autonomous, stress-resistant, flexibility (to deliver on track with planning and expected quality), multi-tasking, good communication
Mandatory:
More than 10 years' experience in project context with participation to some projects regarding core banking activities with a specific focus on business analysis, risk management and test activities.
Preferable:
Business experience:
- More than 10 years in project context
- More than 5 years business analysis
- Experience in test preparation, redaction and execution
- Knowledge of core banking assets and activities
Language:
French, Dutch and English - Fluent speaking, writing and understanding in all three languages.
