SEC and a Global IT organization are working together in the search and selection for an IT Consultant with experience in search image engines for one of their international projects in Spain.
This is a partly home-based 2 months contract (15% on site assignment).
This is an excellent opportunity for a consultant with experience in search engines to work within an international team and be involved in a detailed study of the art in design image search including current situation, techniques for image search, tools available in the market, techniques benefits, advantages, strengths, weakness, robustability and adaptability.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Provision of advice and assistance in any area associated with the procurement, provision, delivery, maintenance, deployment, hosting, effective use of information systems and their environments.
- Provision of security technical consultancy, security assessments or other security matters associated with information system projects.
- Risk analysis
- Provision of technical consultancy, technical expertise, technical evaluations in relations with information systems.
- Analysis of related business processes and design of the work packages making up the tool to be developed at a later stage.
- Supporting the Project Manager for planning, monitoring and reporting activities related to Business Analysis.
You should be compliant with the following profile:
- In depth knowledge of information systems matters
- Minimum 8 years of relevant technical consultancy and experience after the secondary school
- Minimum 6 years of IT professional experience
- Strong experience in IT consulting
- Strong experience in search engines.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (eg RUP)
- Strong capacity in preparing and writing technical consultancy
- Strong capacity to give high level presentations.
- Ability to apply high quality standards
- Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, excellent communicator.
- Capability of working in an international/multicultural environment.
- Strong experience in the realization of technical consultancy.
