Job description:
The Technical Lead will start to plan and identify infrastructure needs, coordinate and monitor the development team and assure guidelines are followed and aligned with our customers big SAP program.
Contact with vendor for Mainframe set up is also part of the job. Development resources will be planned/allocated from SAP program IT Delivery function.
Legacy system developers will be planned and Allocated with Global Shared Services IT AM coordinators.
Key Tasks:
-Plan and coordinate the setup of infrastructure environment for the project.
-Set up of project system environment with cooperation with SAP program and Walter system environment.
-Hardware cost control for AM.
-Contact with vendor for Mainframe.
-Control of migration and quality assurance.
-Assure development team works aligned and according to plan.
-Proactive work to eliminate risks. The complexity of the project is high, and requires a Full time resource, with a higher level of experience.
Key Attributes:
- In-depth experience of infrastructure
- Experience with data migration
- Experience with integration via WEB Services
- A sound understanding of the technical tools provided by SAP
- Strong profile as leading position in the project team
- Strong profile in communication within the (technical parts of) SAP program, as there are many dependencies and contacts within the program
- Experience to work with off-shore resources.
- Experience to work with program is preferred.
-Clear English communication skills
Personal requirements
Professional team player with analytical skills. Important to be comfortable in managing HW-orders for external parties.
