Job Description: The IT Operations Support Analyst will primarily be responsible for the support of IT Systems in the IT Global Command Center and will be located at the Maplewood, MN campus.
Responsibilities include the following:
- Actively monitor the health of global infrastructure and application components
- Perform initial incident assessment and health checks
- Respond, support and triage incidents reported in the various environments
- Recover, resolve or escalate incidents as appropriate
- Coordinate incident escalation process and efforts
- Validate with end-user/client the health of the service
- Manage incidents from end to end using HP Service Manager
- Provide 7x24x365 technical support
- 12 hour shifts (6:00AM - 6:00PM, 6:00PM-6:00AM)
- Day and night shifts rotate every two weeks
- 1 weekend/month days, 1 weekend/month nights
Required Skills:
Previous experience with the support and configuration of the following environments -
LAN/WAN, Firewall, Load Balancers, Routers/Switches, DNS, TCP/IP, VPN & Wireless, Active Directory, Linux & Windows Servers, Data Storage systems and Lotus Notes.
