We are looking for a SAP HCM Solution Architect to Implement a SuccessFactors Database for our global client based in the USA.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
Expertise within SAP SuccessFactors (particularly in the SuccessFactors BizX Talent Modules, including Goals, Performance, Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, Succession, Workforce Planning and Analytics)
The consultant will be responsible for having knowledge of and understanding of the integration between SAP and SuccessFactors and the future strategic direction of the application roadmap.
An in depth understanding of how to develop business process requirements with a client that utilise SuccessFactors HR modules to support business needs.
Functional knowledge of implementing a SuccessFactors Database
Experience within the FMCG industry
