Description

This roles overview is to plan and conduct professional management system audits in accordance with company procedures to enable delivery of assessment and certification services that meet customer requirements and appropriate medical device accreditation standards.

General responsibilities include;

* Conduct audits (either desk-based or on client's sites) in accordance with established procedures, maintaining a high standard of service delivery that ensures effective customer relationships

* Deliver training services in accordance with customer requirements and established procedures, maintaining a high standard of service delivery that ensures effective customer relationships

* Complete specific projects in relation to medical device procedures, processes, systems and documentation as requested by medical devices operations manager

* Provide accurate and timely reporting as required by line management to assist the planning and management of operations

* To undertake reviews of packs and make certification decisions within target timescales and in line with company policies and accreditation/approval requirements

* Undertake personal professional development and ensure appropriate training records and personal logs are updated to maintain relevant auditor registrations and relevant industry knowledge

* Carry out internal audits of individual auditors, functions or offices to ensure internal compliance with relevant standards

* To maintain a full knowledge and understanding of companies procedures and external approval criteria to allow efficient and effective technical reviews.

Required experiences;

* Must be able to demonstrate an excellent working knowledge of medical device management systems, standards and medical device compliance/auditing techniques

* Must be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of sterilization standards, sterilization validation, clean room environment and SSD

* Effective interpersonal skills; able to develop good working relationships with people at all levels

* Must be IT literate i.e. competent in the use of MS Office applications and preferable experience of using large and complex databases

* Willingness to learn and adapt to change - committed to continuous personal and professional development

* Must have a detailed understanding of the relevant medical device regulations for with audits/technical reviews are being undertaken.

My client is looking to pay £35-42,000 plus Car/Phone/Laptop, and other benefits.
