*Integration Manager/Roll-out Delivery Manager*

Key Focus:
* Manage the day to day RBS integration activities for a large Network Roll out project.
* Primary role is managing the integration team from a network operations point of view, and ensuring the delivery of the contracted agreements towards customer.
* Integration Manager will have a very Operational focus for the customers network, and be responsible for achieving the assigned performance goals and downtime KPIs.
* Ensure the network availability and the quick restoration in the event of system outage as per agreed Downtime KPI's with the programme and customer.
* Act on relevant problems and to decide on what operational procedures and routines that shall be invoked to ensure that quality problems are corrected according to prevailing requirements.
* Drive improvements within the operations of the integration team and take full responsibility for the Integration Team, processes and methods that may have effect on the service supply quality vs. contracted scope of work for the service supply.

Day to day:
* Attend the managements meetings within Ericsson and the Customer about Integration activities and act swiftly over the action points and the concerns raised by the customer.
* Ensure that Ericsson & the Customer management receive service performance reports and/or other reports applicable to the service delivery as outlined by the Roll Out Manager.
* Perform the Technical Resource Planning (TRP) for the Integration Team, maintain team budget according to agreed business case and drive cost effectiveness to reduce cost.
* Ensure the well being of all staff in terms of their working environment.
* Ensure that the integration team is adequately staffed according to business plan.
* Ensure key positions are delegated to personnel with adequate training and skills to perform the task to ensure that these are according to the service delivery requirements. For that he/she should have the complete understanding and maintain close coordination with the different CPM's.
* Recognise the training requirement for the staff and do mentoring & coaching where required.
* Very pro-active and easily adaptable to a fast pace environment
