For my client based in Basel I am currently looking for an Operations Manager
Required:
Senior Project Management skills
Senior Process Management Skills
Documentation skills
Responsibilities:
Plan, direct and co-ordinate the operations of a business, division, department or operating unit. Plan and maintain systems and procedures for operating efficiency. Manage staff for optimum performance.
Attentive to details and assumes accountability for consequences of actions taken. Ability to assess where technology solutions fit within a business process. Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization. Strong analytical and system design background. Project management experience and good writing skills for documentation requirements. Will be required to have face to face meetings with Business IT. A knowledge of PxQ charging methodology would be useful. Experience of working in the Pharma environment advantageous
