Description
Provide fulfillment of requests from business partners related to user account provisioning and access administration management in accordance with defined policies, standards and procedures. Will be working through a backlog of security access requests as well as new requests.
SKILLS:
- Need someone that will learn the processes quickly and work heads down completing security requests.
- Must have high level of attention to detail.
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Information technology with an emphasis on security
- Will need to be able to work independently but ask questions when necessary.
Must have good customer service and communications skills to interact with clients. - Experience with User provisioning in an AD environment, User rights assignment and Active Directory preferred. Must be able to provide specific examples of how these skills were used.
- Nice to have skills with RACF/Vanguard and Novell Edirectory
