My client is an Oil & Gas Exploration and Production company looking for a Facilities Supervisor to join its office in Oklahoma City.
The Facilities Supervisor is in charge of the delivery of facilities and building-related services. An important job function is to interface with internal and external business partners for internal facilities operations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise facilities staff activities
- Operational management of facilities including, but not limited to, reception, mailroom, ordering supplies, stocking common areas
- Implement capital projects from initial planning stages to project completion
- Direct and oversee all office-related projects including space planning, design, office furniture selection and installation, etc.
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets
- Schedule expenditures
- Review and validate expenses for payment
- Recommend and negotiate service vendor contracts
- Interact with property management to ensure safe and efficient building operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in Facilities Management
- Oil & Gas industry experience a plus
- Project management skills
- Understanding of building systems
- Personnel management and supervision
- External vendor management
- Knowledge of office space design, operations, office safety, and construction practices in a corporate environment
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Visio
- Budget management experience
