Software Implementation Manager- Fixed IncomeOur client has a global presence providing financial software to the buy side. They are seeking an implementation manager to oversee a team of onsite implementation consultants acrossEurope. This position is one of independence and responsibility as managers are expected to take on an active role leading their team and becoming the best internally.
The role would primarily be based out of the client's offices inLondonwith travel to new client sites to briefly introduce yourself and impress upon them the high level of service they will receive. Day to Day activities would involve managing the team of offsite consultants and liaising when necessary with the technical and development teams to ensure effective implementation.

Ideal candidates should show;
- Extensive experience in the role of Implementations Consultant preferably in the financial services sector.
- Technical experience and knowledge in order to effective understand any issues they may come up in the Implementation process.
- Strong Fixed income understanding
- Some management experience or experience in a senior role.
- Ambition and Drive, as our clients are seeking to grow their business and as such need ambitious candidates to drive their team to success.
- Organisational and Problem Solving ability in order to assist and manage onsite consultants.
- Willingness to travel to client sites for the duration of a project
