Real Staffing is currently working closely with our client, a major financial services organisation to assist them in the recruitment of an additional MI and Insight Analyst for their Complaints function based in Manchester.

This role plays a key part in their Complaints Strategy team in the identification and development of the Complaints Management Strategy for the organisation. In the role you will be responsible for the collection and analysis of data and information to drive strategic recommendations. You will also take responsibility for smaller projects as part of the overall team projects.

You will be responsible for designing, developing and managing their full suite of regular complaints reporting and commercial analysis tools, building new reporting and analytical capabilities, identifying commercial insights and communicating key messages to senior executives.

If you have a background in MI development and a good understanding of Complaints Handling as well as good stakeholder management / communication skills, then this is the role for you.
