OBIEE Developer DWH 
Our client, a major Financial Services company, is currently looking for an experienced and OBIEE Developer with a strong Banking for a number of datawarehouse projects. This challenging position within Treasury IT will include responsibilities in planning, design and development of robust software.

Tasks:

  • Exciting and challenging role as OBIEE developer within an international and multi-cultural team responsible for global Treasury IT projects
  • Analyse of new requirements for OBIEE deliveries (reports, functional and data logic, interfaces, etc)
  • Analyse and design of the application, architecture and its component including interfaces from DWH to OBIEE data mart according to architectural standards
  • Creation and documentation of the technical application design
  • Analyse, design and modelling of data
  • Performance tuning
  • Provide third level support

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor, Master or University Degree or equal qualifying experience in Information Technology or Computer Science
  • Several years of OBIEE and Oracle design and development experiences in major projects
  • Strong and extensive hands on knowledge of OBIEE (10g/11g) RPD configuration, SQL and PL/SQL
  • Strong team player and ability to work in international and agile project teams
  • Ability to understand business requirements and to transform them into State-of-the-Art solutions
  • Experience with versioning control tools
  • Experience of Informatica PowerCenter (8.6 or higher)
  • Database dimensional model/star schema design
  • Sound experience in Unix (ksh, sh, Scripting) including its tools as a plus
  • Workflow optimization and DWH job controls as a plus
  • Experience with Oracle DAC as a plus
  • Experience with batch controlling tool: Control M as a plus
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written, German as a plus
