This is an awesome opportunity for you with a monthly salary of $1200. This is a freelance position meaning that you would be independent contractor for our company.
We are looking for 2 Rock Star writer/journalists to join our team to write weekly and monthly assignments on sex, love, dating, and relationships focused towards the interests of women. What makes us different is that all of our content is based on science, research, or psychology instead of opinion. You will be expected to do all your own research as well as come up with engaging and interesting topics for courses, infographics, how-to guides, and blog posts.
Skills and qualifications:
English proficiency and excellent writing skills
Experience in online journalism: article writing, blogging, tweeting, etc.
Great research skills: gathering data from credible sources and selecting the most engaging facts and figures and compiling them to tell a story
Highly self motivated and reliable. Can deliver consistently and without constant reminders
Social skills that allow to easily connect with a selected target audience and select topics, data and images that will be interesting to them
Communication skills that allow to get in touch with experts and influentials to ask them to participate in a project, conduct an interview, verify the facts, add a comment or offer a suggestion
Knowledge of SEO journalism: keywords research, constructing optimized titles, etc.
Editing skills: thorough proofreading, verifying facts, optimizing text presentation
Creativity and imagination: approaching topics creatively, creating engaging metaphors and comparisons for infographics, courses, guides, and blog posts
Daily Responsibilities
Monitoring the web and traditional media for hot or trending topics
Complete tasks given on time (you will be creating approx. 80 pages of content per month total)
Researching data and facts for our infographics and articles, verifying, selecting and compiling them
Finding online groups, websites, communities, bloggers and influential people connected with a selected topic that our outreach team can get in touch with
Researching the best keywords connected with a given topic to be used in article titles
Suggesting ways to engage the audience more
Suggesting ways to improve readability of articles/courses/infographics
Writing high-quality articles based on topics that are popular online with special focus on SEO journalism, online writing structure, style and presentation
