Position Overview

We are seeking talented and motivated individuals who love challenging work in an environment that offers opportunities to work directly with investment and client service professionals to create innovative solutions. We have a number of development positions open in Research Systems, Client Systems, Trading, Compliance, Middle and Back Office and we are looking for developers with excellent technical skills and varied experience levels.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with business users, client service professionals, research analysts, portfolio managers and traders to identify areas where technology could be leveraged to enhance the investment process and achieve superior results
  • Propose and design technical solutions
  • Implement applications based on the solutions proposed and work closely with users to test and integrate the applications into the current production environment
  • Support the applications developed

Requirements:
  • Exposure to or working knowledge of Agile development
  • Undergraduate degree (science, engineering, finance or technology discipline preferred)
  • Familiarity with finance a plus
  • Must have experience with ALL of the following:
    • .NET 3.5 or greater using C# (5+ years)
    • WPF
    • LINQ
    • T-SQL
  • Must have experience with at least 3 of the following:
    • Entity Framework 4.0 or greater (or equivalent ORM toolkit)
    • Multithreading
    • SpecFlow
    • MVVM
    • Automated testing (TDD/BDD, unit testing)
    • TFS
