Proteus Europe operating as an employment agency, is currently seeking a Java developer to join our clients team in Stockholm (Sweden) that develops general and customer specific integration modules for their broadcast customers. You will be part of an agile and flexible team that is part of the delivery of enterprise IT solutions to their customers in the media industry. A central component of these solutions that you will be working with is their in-house Media Engine and you will also work with their online and broadcast graphics systems.This is a full-time position located in Kista, Stockholm.
Responsibilities
As a developer we see that you are ready to work with the entire process starting with design, programming, unit testing and documentation and if you have experience from agile development methods it is a plus.
Required skills Object oriented programming in Java (other languages is a plus) Comfortable in a Linux environment Experience from Service Oriented Architectures such as REST and SOAP A great team player! A university degree in computing science or equivalent
This role will offer you an innovative and global landscape where you will be part of building the IT solutions of our clients customers. They would be for example CNN, Swedish Television, BBC, Sky and more.
