Description
My client is looking for a highly creative design engineer to join the team and help grow the company, with substantial scope to lead a major part of the engineering design team within the company. We are looking for a person who is:- Highly creative, able to conceive of completely new solutions to complex problems;
- Analytical, having the technical engineering and analysis skills to back up mechanical engineering designs;
- A completer/finisher, able to take tasks to their conclusion in commissioned engineering products;
- Critical, capable of assessing their own designs and others to find the best solution;
- A team player, able to work with multi-disciplinary teams and help define problems, tasks and solutions in all product engineering disciplines;
- Ambitious, keen to grow and lead a substantial part of the company.
Salary is on offer up to £40,000 + benefits.
