ITSM/ServiceNow Technical Consultant
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join well established blue chip organisation based at one of their prestigious customers in Zurich Switzerland.
As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant you will be focused on the implementation of ServiceNow within our clients customer environment. Job responsibilities include assessing customer needs and expectations, designing solutions to meet those needs, and then implementing that design.

Responsibilities
* Lead all aspects of project delivery and solution delivery including:
* Requirements gathering
* Solution design
* Application UI Configuration
* Workflow Configuration
* Development of required client specific reporting
* Development of requirement integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc)
* Interface with other internal technical/sales teams to successfully implement ServiceNow within customer environments
* Be a key member of the overall implementation project team
* Prepare all client facing and internal deliverables
* Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences and much more!
This is an extremely customer focused role so your customer skills will be second to none.
Experience
* ServiceNow implementation or administration experience
* ServiceNow SysAdmin certification preferred
* ITIL v3 certification
* Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions in client environments
* Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc) .
* Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
