Our client is looking to retain the services of Senior Application Developers (multiple positions) to provide technical leadership, applications architecture and applications developmentin support of the a Program. This position requires the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

Required Skills:

' Extensive experience in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Linq, WCF, Entity Framework, Unit Testing, and SQL Server, Transact SQL

' Experience in distributed systems environments

' Application integrations in complex, web-service driven or SOA environments.

' Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills

' Experience having functioned as an individual contributor or team member

Responsibilities:

' Engage clients directly to explain software solutions, answer questions on features and/or development processes when needed.

' Contribute to functional and technical design, process, and use case design and reviews; ability to document and read functional and technical specifications.

' Self-manage workload and work assignments within a development team that is responsible for delivering projects/tasks through a software development life cycle, with an eye toward project timelines and utilization.

' Experience evaluating/estimating work effort, controlling scope, identifying risk and resolving conflict Issue and bug fix management.

' Help to define and implement development best practices, standards and processes.

' Thoroughly document development work completed using established team standards.

' Work directly with business development teams during project envisioning/inception to come up with best solution and reasonable accurate time/cost estimates for project

Desired Skills:

' Experience working with the following:

' MVC 3 and/or 4

' Entity Framework

' Code First

' Razor views

' JQuery/Javascript

' CSS based design

' Oracle

' Understanding of dependency injection.

' Experience working within the AGILE methodology framework

' Experience mentoring or guiding Developers and Testers on a project

' Team Foundation Server 2010

' SQL Server 2008R2/2012
