Description
Our client in Brussels is currently looking for a Senior C++ Developer to join a team working on critical applications run by HP and Stratus Servers. The C++ Developer will be involved in the full life cycle of the applications. The team is located in Brussels and the C++ developer should stay with them for at least 1 year.
Scope of work:
The C++ developer will
- be part of a team working on critical applications (development and integration)
- develop in C and C++ (90%)
- develop in Java (10%)
- work in a Unix (HPUX- and Stratus environment
- optimize the Oracle databases to make sure the applications are working efficiently
Requirements:
- at least 5 years in C and C++ development
- good knowledge of Oracle databases
- experience in a Unix environment
- good knowledge of WebSphere MQ and Weblogic middlewares is an asset
- experience in a Stratus environment is an asset
