Requirements
- BA – Software Engineering
- 3-5 Years of Experience
- PREMIA .10 Insurance Software background.
Duties & Responsibilities
- To ensure that the issues are resolved within stipulated time frame and achieving the SLA’s set by the IT department
- Escalates issues as require to team Leader/IT Manager
- To ensure that the Application Systems are monitored on a daily basis and take pro-active action to avoid any showstoppers.
- To provide technical IT support to branches and business units on systems and co-ordinate with vendors to implement the solution.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Complete the Reconciliation of operations and accounts.

- Analyzes department’s needs for computerization. Designs new or modifies existing systems and write computer programs to implement the system.
- Use programming languages to code computer instructions from the systems documentation.
- Tests and debug computer programs.
- Installation and configuration of Applications in both server and client’s sides.
- Participates in application design and deployment.
- Maintain appropriate documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software problems.
- Develop ad hoc queries/reports to support business decisions.
- Attend, Conduct or assist in training sessions.
- Managing the deployment of patches in test and production environment.
- Systems and databases Backups monitoring.
- Adheres to the policies and procedure of IT Department.
- Prepare all necessary documents required for audit and prepare Monthly/Quarterly/Half-Yearly health checkups.
- Keeping up to date with technical as well as industry sector developments
