Fantastic opportunity for a Lead Quality Engineer & Quality Engineer in Leeds! Proteus Europe, operating as an employment agency, is seeking an experienced Lead Quality Engineer & Quality Engineer to work in Leeds for one of our prestigious clients on a permanent basis. Our client, are looking to recruit both a Lead QC Engineer & QC Engineer to join their Operations Department. This is an ideal opportunity for someone from a quality, test or inspection background to join a newly established Quality Control Department in a quality driven organisation.Primary Duties
- Responsible for planning and conducting full & final systems testing & soak testing of products & systems
- Final inspection of all systems components
- Determine priorities based on customer requirements
- Generate test plans
- Workload planning
- Liaise with other departments to determine appropriate test methodology
- Maintain test and inspection records
- Record department errors and faults found & present data for review on daily & monthly basis
- Possess the tenacity to ensure quality standards are met
- Feedback problems & work to get issues resolved in a timely manner
The ideal candidate will be from an electronics background, have a good working knowledge of IT and IT systems.
