OBIEE Developer

On behalf of our client, a leading global company within finance, we are looking for an OBIEE Developer. For this contract position based in Zürich in Switzerland our client is looking for an English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Analyse of new requirements for OBIEE deliveries
  • Analyse and design of the application, architecture and its component including interfaces from DWH to OBIEE data mart according to architectural standards
  • Creation and documentation of the technical application design
  • Analyse, design and modelling of data
  • Performance tuning
  • Provide third level support

The skills and experience needed for this position are:

  • Several years of OBIEE and Oracle design and development experiences in major projects
  • Strong and extensive hands on knowledge of:
    • OBIEE (10g/11g) RPD configuration
    • SQL
    • PL/SQ
  • Ability to understand business requirements and to transform them into State-of-the-Art solutions
  • Experience with versioning control tools
  • Experience of Informatica PowerCenter (8.6 or higher)
  • Database dimensional model/star schema design
  • Workflow optimization and DWH job controls
  • Experience with Oracle DAC
