Your role will be to assist the on-going implementation of the BI 4 reporting environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION
You will collaborate with the BO Administrator to fine tune the BO4 environment and shape the system for future growth. You will assist the BI team in upgrading the BO system. Next to the administrative and supporting activities, you will be the specialist in BI challenges related to integration of BO with BW and migration.
You will act as the tool expert towards IT-Demand and business user community, and assist them in complex BO challenges. You will occasionally train key user groups on the latest BI tools.
You will propose best practices that take into account the specific business requirements, the roadmap of our client and the BI roadmap of SAP.
You perform frequently new and varied work that involves a high degree of complexity.
* Assist in administration of the BO environment (upgrade, security setup, system landscape)
* Provide support to the user groups
* Advice and contribute to IT-Demand teams in their requirements gathering and analysis.
* Organize, prepare and present workshops
* Follow up and proactively communicate on project progress, opportunities and challenges
* Keep current with latest technology
Work in adherence to the client company's policies while adapting to the business environment.
Flexible to contribute to different BW projects of the BI CoE.
PROFILE
BI
- At least 4 years of experience in SAP BW
- At least 5 years of experience in BO administration
- Experience in integration of BO with BW
- Experience of at least 2 full implementation cycles of BI solutions
- Experience of SAP BO4, 4.1 and XI is an asset
- BO Experience in a retail organization is an important asset
- Experience in upgrading BO environment
- Knowledge of Retail and/or Finance processes is an asset.

- International implementation experience, in multi-country roll-outs, based on global template.
- Clearly demonstrate expertise in project management, escalation, change management processes.
- Communication skills: regular contact to be established with others inside and outside the organization including co-workers, external, and internal customers.
- Effective in delivering presentations and running meetings
- Ability to work with MS Office applications
- Require strong analytical skills and creativity
- Coach and train end-users and medior BI consultants.
- Team player with high level of integrity
- Follow up closely on the new trends and roadmap in the domain of BO.
