Implementing/Operating Expert (Swedish, CRM/LTC Transformation Solution, Operation, Implementation)
My client is a leading Telecoms vendor. They are actively looking for an Expert in Implementing/Operating CRM/LTC Transformation Solution to our CRM Program.
Responsibilities:
- Based on leading practices
- Participate in the design of corporate transformation solutions or give key recommendations (eg how to customize solutions for geo organizations and how to manage the relationship between regional solutions and corporate solutions).
- Design solutions for implementation and continuous improvement in geo organizations and evaluate the performance of transformation solutions.
Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role the candidate should meet the following requirements:
Experts from companies in implementing/operating transformations in geo organizations by following customer business processes, such as sales process and target setting process.
Skills Requirements
The candidate should have the following skills:
1) Understand and master CRM/LTC transformation solutions of company E, including the process, organization, management system, data & IT, and integration dependencies. Have an in-depth understanding of the characteristics of regional business and customize corporate transformation solutions accordingly.
2) Understand the composition of regional transformation organizations and know how to cooperate with the corporate/regional management and users. Manage the relationship between regional solutions and corporate solutions.
3) Design solutions for operation, continuous improvement, and performance assessment and solve problems in the transformation.
