Description
Seeking multiple Software Trainers to work a 15 month project onsite in the Seattle, WA area. This role will require approximately 20 to 30% travel across the United States. The ideal candidates will have experience in customer onsite or virtual instructor lead classroom training. Knowledge of the software industry and Property & Casualty business will be key.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge to business operations successfully
- 1-3 years previous experience in corporate, software or high tech training, preferably in an insurance agency or with an insurance automation product
- Experience delivering VILT or ITL courses
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience facilitating classes and presenting to groups from 1-100+ in size
- Experience with the instructional design process
- Passionate about corporate adult education
- Must be able to thrive in a challenging work environment
