Description
Our client, a leading IT outsourcing company with a global presence, is currently looking for Digital Platform lead with extensive experience on SDL Tridion to join their team in Gothenburg, Sweden on a 10 month rolling contract role.
Ideal resources should be able to
* Strong knowledge of the SDLC
* Demonstrated experience in
o Gathering user requirements
o Running solution design sessions
o Defining user stories
o Prioritizing user stories
o defining non-functional requirements
o defining data models
* Work with stakeholders to capture objectives and requirements and then work with the system owners and development team members to design solutions that meet these objectives.
* Run solution design workshops and requirements gathering sessions to identify requirements, entity relationships, state transitions, time-based events and system flow diagrams.
* Using the gathered information, document the features and User Stories (including acceptance criteria) ready for detailed planning.
* Identify and capture constraints, dependencies, assumptions and risks.
* Maintain relationships with all stakeholders in order to gather information understand stakeholder interests and manage expectations with these stakeholders.
* Running meeting with stakeholders and managing subsequent actions.
* Facilitate business and technical discussions between the team sitting offshore and the client to bridge the communication gap between client and development team.
* Actively participating in project activities, roll-outs, onsite support, major initiatives, etc.
* Strong leadership skills in managing team to deliver assigned tasks.
* Good understanding of SDL Tridion with very good knowledge of CMS (Content Management System) concepts.
* Must have involved in at least one end-to-end implementation of a website on SDL Tridion.
* Must possess an in depth understanding of the capabilities of SDL Tridion
* Good understanding of SDL Tridion Blueprint design concepts
* Good understanding of SDL Tridion objects such as Schema, Component & Page Templates, SDL Tridion Template Building Blocks, SiteEdit, Workflow, Event System, Content Broker, Content porter, etc.
* Strong knowledge of XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, XSLT and JSP
* Strong knowledge of programming languages - ASP.NET, C#
