SAP APO,SNP,PPOS,ABAP,SCM,ECCJob description:
o Understand and evaluate business requirements, identify the changes to the template and translate them into functional specification and technical design.
o Perform hands-on configuration and instruct ABAP programmers.
o Define unit test scenarios and execute unit testing. Document test scripts and test evidence in testing tool (HP Quality center).
o Define integration test scenarios and execute integration testing. Document the scripts and evidence in the testing tool. o Assist business users during UAT.
o Perform Regression test scenarios for testing the existing functionalities against changes.
o Provide post go-live support and drive the smooth transition of the support to the respective teams o With the other team members, be accountable for on time delivery of the project deliverables.
Required skills:
Senior level APO - SNP/PPDS: Excellent knowledge of the APO SNP/PPDS modules in addition to good knowledge of ABAP, APO DP, SAP BW. Knowledge of integration points with SAP ECC Logistics modules.
Experience: Have at least 5 to 8 year of experience working with hands on SAP APO consulting.
Communication Skills: Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken. Require excellent communication skills towards key users on functional level.
Functional skills:
o Have a good functional understanding about SCM processes.
o Should be able to translate business requirements into SAP solution.
o Should possess good documenting skills: specifying the solution clearly in functional and technical design documents.
o Identify test cases to test the solution.
o Translate functional and technical design to appropriate test scripts. o Required strong adherence to the SDLC.
Desired skills: o Experience in working with a virtual team & collaboration with off-shore ABAP team
o Experience in working with an international environment, with key users located across different geographical regions.
o Experience working with GxP environment.
