Duties and Requirements:To provide independent financial advice to individuals, businesses and trustees
To provide an exceptional Client service
Tailoring financial advice to suit your clients personal, professional and business circumstances
Have a transferable client bank
To adhere to the principles of TCF
To work towards the company compliance standards and professional development scheme
To develop and action a business plan to achieve targets and facilitate this with by undertaking regular fact finds, presentations and service review meetings
To use the research panel when selecting advice
To maintain and ensure client files are kept up to date
Full paraplanning and back office support
Skills and Qualifications:
RDR ready with the Diploma in Financial Planning
Be at or working towards becoming Chartered
An established and respected Advisor with CAS status
Excellent sales and presentation skills
Excellent telephone manner and client facing skills
Driven and motivated with an air of gravitas.
