Role:
Support the successful Design, build and implementation of SAP Sales on Demand solution for B2B and B2C sales forces including the integration of the future SAP CRM/ECC landscape.
Main responsibilities:
* Understand the existing B2B and B2C sales process and make sure the functional requirements are delivered in the system.
* Perform the following tasks as part of the implementation
- Solution configuration including functional specifications.
- Solution integration to SAP CRM including interface design and mapping.
- Design of solutions reporting functionalities including integration to SAP BW.
- Solution testing including creation of test scripts.
- End user training including creation of training material.
- Data Load & Data Migration
- Solution Administration
* Design and create the required reports and forms using sales on demand key user tools.
* Support the current team in deploying the solution to the identified markets according to scope.
* Support the Customer on Demand team in developing training presentations and communication tools.
Professional & technical skills:
* Experience in implementation of SAP Cloud for Customer
* Prior IT solution implementation experience, preferably CRM (minimum 5 years)
* Hands on configuration and administration experience
* Knowledge of CRM business processes (Lead to Quotation)
* Communication skills
* Organizational skills
Language skills:
* Fluent in English
* French is a plus
