System administrator - TIS BSM - Switzerland, 3 month contract

Description

My client is looking for a system administrator for a 3 month rolling contract in Switzerland

Candidates should have experience in/will be required to do the following:

Monitoring Specialist:
Understand customer requirements, analyze those & convert them to appropriate implementation in HP OM/BSM/SiteScope/UCMDB setup.
Prepare architecture for proposed solution.
Planning of solution deployment and all phases.
Maintenance plan for HP SiteScope/HP Business Service Management.
Use integration APIs/interfaces of HP tools for custom/out-of the box integrations.
Address custom requirements.
troubleshooting problems faced during implementations & coordinating with HP Technical support for any issues faced.
Documentation of the implementation/customization done in the projects.
Documentation of SOPs, best practices.
Guide the team for deployment activities.
Scripting for custom requirements and maintenance jobs.
Develop automation wherever possible.
Be the face of the client for the customer, co-ordinating, reporting on a day to day basis.
