A market-leading, Surrey based automotive company require an embedded software engineer for an initial 9 month contract to support the development activities for electronic control systems. The position requires a highly motivated team player with a strong ability to see project tasks through from initial design and specification writing through to implementation.
The succesful candidate will posses the following capabilities:
Embedded C/C++
Experience of software design for safety critical systems
Ability to understand and resolve problems at both system and code level
Automotive microcontrollers
Device drivers
RTOS
Any of the following would be advantageous:
JTAG debug tools
Ethernet
VHDL
Matlab/Simulink Toolset
The rate for this role will be between £38-£45 Per Hour.
