Short description: You will create Project Start Architecture for the new deployment of Service Now.
Objectives:
Lead architecture of ServiceNow
Develop Project Start Architecture for Service Now, adhering to project principle and IT Strategy
Develop technical design
Requirements:
Bachelor degree- or level
Knowledgeable on technical deployment of service management tooling (ITSM);
Experienced in deployment of ServiceNow;
Knowledge in Process Management;
Knowledge of configuring Service-Now (must have) and configuring IT Guardian (pre)
Knowledge on Java Scripting and configurators;
Programming expertise in Java, JavaScript or other functional programming languages (pre)
Expertise with HTML technologies including HTML, CSS and AJAX practices (pre)
Competencies:

Experience in leading small teams
Experience of working on large, complex and/or Legacy systems
