For our client based in the canton of Bern, we are urgently seeking a System Administrator/Help Desk Supporter to begin in January 2014.

You will act as a contract point for their clients (approximately 1000 users in total) and perform System Administration/Help desk services. You will be part of a small, dynamic and energetic team.

To be considered for this role, you will require the following knowledge and skills:

Knowledge of Windows 2012
Ideally have a Microsoft Certification
In-depth knowledge of Exchange and Active Directory
Approximately 2+ years experience in a similar role in providing Help Desk Support/System Administration

You will have the following personal qualities:

Be well presented and a positive attitude
High level of communication
Ability to adapt and work well under pressure
Analytical thinking

Language requirements: German, both spoken and written a must, English and/or French highly advantageous.

Location: Canton Bern

Start Date: January 2014

End: December 2014 - possible extension
