My Dutch based client has requirement for a Software Application Co-ordinator for an initial 12 month contract starting in January 2014.
This is a 3rd Level support role and requires both technical and business analysis expertise.
The successful applicant shall have proven experience of working in the area of user support, including proficient computer skills and a service-oriented approach. In addition they will be adept in identifying problems in software applications and applying solutions to restore service to the users.
Applicants should be proficient in Windows OS platform, Java client-based applications and web technologies such as XHTML/XML and display a good working knowledge of iET Enterprise Workcenter and ITIL processes.
The business language is English but the ability to communicate in either German or French would be advantageous.
