I am currently recruiting for a Risk Policy and Procedures Manager position for a top Financial Services provider in Central London.The position will be reporting directly to the Head of Analytics and will involve responsibility for a team of analysts.

My client is looking for an outgoing individual with good communication and interpersonal skills who will have the ability to influence at the most senior levels of the organisation. The want someone who is highly numerate, logical with a strong commercial drive.
The ideal candidate will have
->A strong track record in credit risk management in a retail financial services business.
->Experience across the risk management cycle, e.g underwriting, collections
-> Project Management experience is desirable
-> Strong analytical skills
-> Experience delivering training and coaching is desirable
