Mechanical Designer - Circa £30,000I am currently working with a leading manufacturer of offshore drilling and production equipment for the oil and gas industry.
My client is currently recruiting for a Mechanical Designer to join their team on a permanent basis to be based in their office situated in the North of Aberdeen.
Suitable candidates will have extensive experience in the design of wellheads or xmas trees and will responsible for all engineering activities required for the successful completion of products and projects.
Within this position you will also be heavily involved in supporting the sales and manufacturing departments as well as liaising with customers. You will be seeing projects right through from concept to completion and the role will include reviewing of design drawings.
Essential skills required:
- Previous design experience of Xmas Trees or Wellheads
- Previous experience of design reviews
- Applicants must also be educated to degree level or above in Mechanical Engineering.
