My client based in the Brussels region are currently looking for a Senior Analyst, Master Data Management as part of the Asset Management program our partner wishes to enter.
Centralized Master Data Management System therefore they are looking for a BA MDM (Business/Functional Analyst Master Data Management) as official Master Data Management tool is used to TIBCO MDM platform. Besides the engine MDM business rules (Business Rules), there is also a data bus that includes using web services (TIBCO BusinessWorks), a tool DQM (Data Quality Management: Trilium), and reporting Ad- Hoc tool (Spotfire). The BA MDM will be the needs of the internal business partners needed to implement and collect inventory for this platform and convert them into functional specification and business. You Must Speak Fluent Dutch and French with a good knowledge of English.
Responsibilities
o Collect and analyze the needs of the internal business partners and to convert it into processes, diagrams and documented data classes (business and job analysis), including regular contacts with key users and external suppliers
o Setting Prior studies in such a way that the complex existing business processes that support their daily work can describe automate or improve
o The applications in different batches/processes structuring so that the business can take on content, approach and results of a project the right decision
o Participate in projects according to the needs of the organization to implement timely and in accordance with the results of the analyzes to the specification and within the budgetary rules and furthermore assist in carrying out its duties.
o Develop feasibility studies based on different scenarios and/or contribute to the preparation of this
analysis within the framework of the management of the assets, the existing processes, systems and platforms in the organization and study the potential for possible improvement.
o Between 5 and 10 years experience is required
o Working knowledge of the implementation of the processes of asset management based on PAS55 (min 1year)
o Experience with Master Data Management (min 2 years)
o Experience with Data Governance (min 2 years)
o At least 5 years experience with MS Office, basic knowledge TIBCO MDM, Spotfire, Trillium
o Knowledge of BPM modelling tools (eg ARIS) (min 5 years)
o The ability to analyze complex problems structuring and solving
o Analysis Rings, development and automation capability
o Communication techniques: brainstorming, analysis, focus groups, interviews, workshops, presentations, decision making, leading meetings, facilitation, ...
o Communication Techniques (language, style, resources, ...) to match the target audience
o The candidate has a punctual and structured working method. Works autonomous, proactive, assertive, testifies team spirit and takes initiative
o Experienced in managing, synthesizing and governing various views expressed by the Managements
o The candidate respects deadlines, manages well the priorities, is result - oriented and enterprise
o Excellent knowledge of Dutch and French
o Good knowledge of English
