Our large multinational client in Basel is now looking for an Excel guru with a good IT understanding to join its global IT Services Department.
This is a long term opportunity. Our client will be particularly interested to hear from local candidate or keen to work in Basel on a long term basis.

Start: ASAP/within 2-3 weeks from offer.
You will:
-Participate in meetings with service owners to gather information
-Maintain the Service Catologue, ensuring that all information within the SC are recorded accurate and up-to-date
-Manage Excel report and content
-Create/Update the repository on time
-Assist your line manager in different projects
Your profile:
-At least 1/2 years experience in IT, service management, infrastructure or IT service catalogue
-Previous experience in an international environment
-Strong knowledge of Excel (pivot table, macros) is mandatory
-Strong analytical skills and details oriented
-Knowledge of ITIL is a plus
-Fluent in English
