Role description:
Oracle Golden Gate lead developer will be responsible for designing and implementing an Oracle GoldenGate based solution with (near) Real Time synchronization between databases. Person will work from Chennai mainly focusing on setting up the GoldenGate solution at the client site.
Background:
The person will be part of a team to design and build a solution to transfer data from our transaction database (existing) to an operational data store, ODS (in process of being designed and built) and client's Business Intelligence platform (existing), based on Teradata
Some travel to Europe may be required
Responsibilities:
- Create design documents for client sign off.
- Implement GoldenGate solution
Skills:
- Strong Oracle GoldenGate skills with proven work experience
- Proven experience in setting Oracle GoldenGate up in an Enterprise environment
- Ability to create high-quality design documents
