You should have a high standard of technical skills such as PHP and have an active interest in new technologies as well as experience in leading a team.

-6+years PHP experience
-Solid understanding of new technologies
-Expert in PHP!!
-Must have team lead experience
-Proficiency in CSS,HTML and JavaScript
-Personal projects or github account is a bonus
-Experience working with mobile is a plus
